Mid-January at Atelier Joie

     As is typical for Missouri, the weather has been a roller coaster: sunshine and 60's one day, ice and 19 degrees the next.  While it was warmer, I ventured outside for a wee little bit.  But now that its icy cold, I just enjoy the view from the large windows in the atelier (with my heater going--mmmmm!).
     And speaking of the atelier, I've been creating!  You can expect to see new goodness in my Etsy shop next week after the sale is over.  The first image is from a collection I'm calling "An Afternoon with my Auntie."  There are three pieces total so far, the journal is featured here, but there's a jotter and a slim-line journal as well.  All three have vintage-look floral covers that remind me of a proper sitting chair in an elderly maiden aunt's living room.
     Next in line is one of my Eucharisteo journals!  I've got a bulk order heading my way for these little gems, and this little darling is already spoken for.  But just look at those adorable two-tone trees with their mile long trunks!  It's like a fantasy world I wish I could visit!
