In my neck of the woods its still ridiculously hot, but I'm already anticipating Fall. This will be the first time in 9 years I've lived in an area that has "seasons", and I have to say I've excited to see the trees change colors. The scent of wood smoke, the crisp chill of the early morning, the wind that stirs turning leaves...so many ways autumn sinks into our being.
For all of these reasons I've decided to put together a series of journals that are inspired by fall. These haven't yet been entered into my etsy shop, but I'm letting my blog readers have a sneak peak of what's to come! I love the warm, rich tones of this cover, as well as the layering that goes on. Mmmmm, you can almost smell the caramel cider, can't you?
